SIG Roofline and Building Products, part of SIG Plc, have signed a solus agreement with Rydon Construction. SIG Roofline and Building Products is one of the UK market leaders in specification, private new build social housing and refurbishment sectors. Rydon Construction, part of the Rydon Group, delivers a wide cross-section of schemes to clients throughout the South, South-east and South-west of England. Their projects range from new builds to refurbishment and cross-subsidy regeneration. Their client base includes Local Authorities, Housing Associations, educational establishments, Health Trusts and private commercial, retail and industrial clients.
With the widest product range in the UK, SIG supply Rydon Construction with all their facsia and soffit requirements when requested by their clients. Rydon Construction have used SIG Roofline and Building Products brands for many years and signed the agreement last November due to their quality and competitive prices. Rydon Construction's social housing projects illustrate the use of several SIG roofline products, for example, their recent development on Waterloo Road in Tonbridge.
This project includes a three storey building consisting of 23 traditionally built rented flats. Its external façade boasts 65x5m lengths of SIG's Magnum Square FMS200 and FMS250 fascia in white; and 24x5m lengths of their GPV225 Vented soffit board.
